Registering and Logging In

Do I have to register for an account?

You need to register for an account to purchase products from the MiladyPro store.

How do I recover my password?

To recover a forgotten password, click here and enter in your account email address.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address:
1. Log In to your account.
2. Click "Edit Profile" on your Online Library page.
3. Click "Update Email"
4. Enter in your new email address.
5. Click "Save New E-mail"

How do I change my password?

To change your password:
1. Log In to your account.
2. Click "Edit Profile" on your Online Library page.
3. Click "More"
4. Click "Update Password"
5. Enter your current password.
6. Enter your new password.
7. Click "Change Password"

How long do I have access to the products I purchased?

Web-based products and business tools have varying access lengths. To be sure of your access length, please review the full product description.

I purchased an online product. Where is it?

While your online product is active, it will be available in the "My Online Library" section of your dashboard. You have to be signed in to your MiladyPro account.

What is an Access Code?

An access code is a pre-paid code that gives you access to a MiladyPro product or service. Example:

What is a Learning Code?

A Learning code is a code provided to you by an instructor or manager which gives you access to a MiladyPro product or is used to help your instructor or manager track your progress. All Learning Codes begin with the letters ‘LC.’
