At some point in everyone’s career, we are faced with having the money conversation with your manager or salon/spa owners. Typically, these conversations can be uncomfortable. However, the good news is they don’t have to be! Whether you are compensated on a commission structure or you receive an hourly asking for a raise doesn’t have to be a scary conversation. As a matter of a fact, there is an easy formula one can use to help identify if the timing is right!

Things to consider:
Using these types of specific performance metrics is a good place to identify if the time is right! After all, typically employees receive pay increases around job performance. These types of metrics can help evaluate your job performance as a service provider.
