There are many things to get excited about as a hairdresser. Big chops, new bangs, raving reviews, and referrals are pretty high up on the list for me. But nothing comes close to a client who wants to color their hair for the first time! When a client wants to introduce color into their regiment it’s important to prepare them for what the process might look like as well as the maintenance required to keep them looking their best. Here are three things I make sure I cover in every first-time color consultation.
Once all is said and done, you should have all the information needed to work your magic. And your client should have all the information needed to feel confident in your abilities. Remember our growth and future success is predicated on the trust we build with our clients!
