At MiladyPro, customer satisfaction is our main priority. To request a refund or to initiate a return, please email your receipt to support@miladypro.com.
Returning a Digital Product
MiladyPro digital products are refundable under certain circumstances:
- You purchased your subscription to the product no more than 2 weeks ago, and
- For MiladyPro Online Classes, you have not completed the class (regardless of final exam score)
To request a refund for a digital product, please email your receipt to support@miladypro.com.
Returning a Physical Product
To request a refund for a physical product, such as a Milady Standard textbook or reference material, please email your receipt to support@miladypro.com.
Refunds or exchanges are available for non-electronically delivered products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that refunds will not be processed until the physical product has been successfully shipped back to our facility. Returns must be in salable condition and sent via a prepaid method to Cengage Learning at the following address:

All software, CDs, or DVDs must be returned to Cengage Learning with the original envelope seal or package seal unbroken and intact.
